Kate Graham-Shaw is a journalist and writer based in New York City. After spending time in Japan, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America, she completed an MA in Journalism at New York University in 2021. She has since spent time freelancing for numerous publications, covering International relations at the UN for the Japanese newspaper 讀賣新聞, and writing science news and opinion articles.

She also writes fiction and poetry, with a novel in the works.
